Halo is an experiential installation that offers the visitor an experience of total darkness that we rarely experience in urban environments anymore.

Stepping into the installation is stepping into a world of blindness and silence. The dark, minimalist object, made of light-absorbing fabric, is veiled from top to bottom, forming several layers that conceal a hidden space. The soft, comfortable base invites visitors to sit down and wait, as their eyes adapt to the prevailing conditions.

Over time, visitors will notice a faint shape on the ceiling becoming clearer and sharper, revealing an unexpected surprise. The setting stays the same since visitors entered, but the passage of time offers a unique opportunity to see more.

Leaving the darkness, the surrounding world feels bright, noisy, and overwhelming for a moment, as the senses readjust to external stimuli. Halo challenges visitors' perception of space, time, and light, offering a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.
